In January this year I ran a 12 week online training and diet plan for a group of ladies. It was a success! Not only did they reach their weight/body composition goals, but they also got stronger, fitter and healthier. I am of the belief that knowledge is power. Educating yourself and changing your habits takes a lot of honesty and self awareness. So apart from giving you a training and diet plan, I also guide you on how to change your life outside of just the training session. I believe that you do with yourself the other 23 hours of the day is just as important as building good exercise habits. Things like diet, stress relief, sleeping habits and recovery will all play a part in your success.
Not to mention you will be pretty happy with the results if you can stick to the plan and be consistent for the 12 weeks! Please note, I do not advocate extreme plans, nor exceptionally time consuming plans. I strongly believe in sustainable long-term approaches and consistent habit changes rather than crash dieting or excessive exercising with long hours of cardio.
