My homemade bread recipe

Here is my promised recipe for my homemade bread made with only linseed meal, almond meal, coconut flour & oil, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs and apple cider vinegar! The cool thing about this bread is that it's made from high protein ingredients  already, and I even snuck some whey protein in it! It tastes delicious!

This bread is quite light and fluffy and has a nice nutty flavor from the linseed meal which gives it this nice wholesome taste, and it has a lovely little bit of sweet flavor from the honey.

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup almond meal

2 tbsp coconut flour

1/4 cup linseed meal (golden if possible)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

5 eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat the over to 180C degrees and grease a loaf pan

Place almond flour, coconut flour, linseed, salt, protein powder and baking soda in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients together

Add and pulse in the eggs, oil, honey and vinegar

Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake at 180 degrees for around 30 min

Let it cool for 2 hours before removing from loaf pan and slicing

(I have not yet figured out the nutritional information for this recipe, but I will update this post as soon as I do.)
