The female guide to leaning up for the CrossFit Open

We all know that the CrossFit Open is big on high rep gymnastic movements. As women, naturally we already struggle more than men with upper body strength. If you have been working long and hard at your gymnastics and you are still struggling, it may very well be a case of being that little bit lighter (even just 1-2kg) that will make all the difference when it comes to being able to bust out more reps with ease. In this ebook I have put together my top tips for leaning up for the Open so that you will be ready to attack it in tip top shape! If you are already pretty confident with the higher rep barbell stuff, but need a bit more help on the gymnastics, this might give you a few good tips!
