As women, what works for a man does NOT automatically work for us. Even with the latest diets and workout programs, women typically struggle more with fat loss, strength and muscle gains. Enter: My female performance diet plan that’ll crack the pesky code on how to best care for your body (and feel your best, too). This is a personalized diet plan that I write just for YOU. I base it off on your goals and your needs. Focused only on female athletes, my meal plans dive into all the details you need in order to meet the goals that you just can’t get off your mind.
Simply put, I know what works because I’ve been stuck in the same place you are. I wondered why I wasn’t getting the results I wanted with my perfect paleo, clean-eating diet. I was doing everything I was “supposed” to do & following my training program to a sharp, pointy T. but something still felt off with my diet, my “look” and my performance. It wasn’t until I started experimenting myself, learning more & studying nutrition that things started to shape up for me.
And now I’m sharing it all with YOU.

How does it work?
-Once you sign up & make your payment you will receive a welcoming email including a questionnaire for you to complete. This is a very important step to help me understand you, your situation and your goals better. Please make sure to fill it out as thoroughly as possible.
-You will then submit your filled out questionnaire back to me
-I then have up to 7 working days to review your questionnaire and create your program.
-Next you will receive your program with all the info you need on how to get started.
-Please note I use paypal for all payments. All prices are listed in Australian dollars.
-Once you have made payment I will contact you within 24 hours.
-My diet plans are not suitable for treating medical conditions, and if you are suffering from any medical conditions affecting your diet and health or if you have any eating disorder I will not be able to work with you.
